Yoga

My love of yoga started back in 2017 when I was using yoga alongside my rehabilitation before and after my spinal surgery in 2019. After being lucky enough to have found some great teachers who have shown me the many sides to yoga. Today I have sought to inspire everyday people to come to their mat, to find their strength, flexibility and happiness in their practice.

 

As a modern yoga teacher, my focus is on flexibility, strength, fitness and breathwork.


With an aim to enhance mental and physical well being. It is still linked with inner peace and mental stability, but with a twist of vanity added, making the emphasis of the practice YOUR yoga, MY yoga, OUR yoga.

Qualifications ​

  • 200hr Certified Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher

  • 50hrs Certified Yin Yoga Teacher

  • Level 3 Diploma in Fitness Instructing and Personal Training
