I have become so much stronger, fitter and more confident
I started having 1-1 training sessions with Brandi as I wanted a healthier lifestyle, become fitter, lose some weight before surgery and work out without being overwhelmed by the gym! Brandi has been so extremely helpful and is amazing at what she does. Each session she has given me her undivided attention and has helped motivate me to reach my goals. She has the utmost knowledge and understanding of all the exercises and helps to relay the importance and function of each one. I have become so much stronger, fitter and confident working out thanks to Brandi and I would highly recommend to anyone considering training with her!
